Warranty & Return Policy

At Drawer Insert Designer, each product is made-to-order based on the exact dimensions and specifications you provide. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Customer Responsibility for Measurements

All drawer inserts are custom-made to the measurements entered by the customer. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products ordered with incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Please double-check your dimensions before submitting your order. We are able to reduce the size of the original product by ⅛”  so if it does not fit you can send it back to us and we will adjust the size accordingly.  In this case you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Damage in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging and hold on to it as the courier company may send someone to have a look once we make a claim.  We will gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost.

Incorrect Product Dimensions

If we send you a drawer insert that does not match the measurements you entered, we will remake the item free of charge. Please provide photos of the product alongside a measuring tape for verification.

No Refunds – Custom Product

Due to the custom nature of our drawer inserts, we do not offer refunds. Each item is uniquely built for your drawer and cannot be resold or restocked.

Lifetime Warranty – Structural Integrity

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. All drawer inserts come with a lifetime warranty on the structural integrity of the insert under normal day-to-day use.

  • This warranty covers issues such as joint failure or material breakage not caused by misuse, improper installation, or abuse.

  • This warranty does not cover the finish, as wear and discoloration can vary depending on how the product is used, cleaned, or exposed to environmental conditions.  The product can be refinished years down the road if needed.

If you believe your product has a structural defect, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue, and we will evaluate it for replacement or repair.
