What is it?
The easy to use proprietary 3D design tool connects you directly to the manufacturer. We have been building kitchens for over 20 years and we use the same software for designing and manufacturing drawer inserts for our high end custom kitchens. The system gets you access to truly custom one off manufacturing for great fitting drawer organizers. It’s a better solution compared to the inserts that come in one size and take you time and tools to make fit. We manufacture them using a laser cutter and CNC and they are sprayed with a water based low VOC finish. Available in maple, walnut, cedar and baltic birch. No account or sign up needed so you can easily get started designing yours.

How to order?
Once you create a design for your drawer organizer you can add it to your cart and checkout using our Shopify ecommerce platform. You can also save your design to your computer, it is a .json file that you can then reload at any time for reference. It takes us 2 weeks to manufacture your insert and then about 4-6 days for shipping in Canada and 5-10 days for shipping to the US. You can order your insert with a sprayed finish or without. And you can choose to have a bottom on it or not. For a workshop we recommend unfinished baltic birch as it is the most economical solution. Cedar inserts without a bottom are great for closets and maple or walnut with a sprayed finish are ideal for kitchens and bathrooms.
How to use it?
We have tried to make it really simple to use. You start with a template or you can start with just 4 sides and a base. From there you enter your outside dimensions and then use the tools on the left to place and adjust your dividers. Take a look at the short video for full instructions on how to design your first drawer insert.

We are happy to help if you need assistance with designing your drawer insert or operating the software. If you provide us with the inside measurements of your drawer we can set up the 3D model for you. It would be good to give us an idea of what you are storing in the drawer or how you would like it set up and we can provide you with a link to view it in 3D or we can provide a PDF showing the layout and measurements. Shop Ready
If you are a cabinet shop or a DIYer with access to a laser cutter, CNC, and drum sander then you can purchase just the digital files for your design and manufacture it yourself. We will include a guide for our process for cutting, sanding, assembly and finishing.
Other Customization
There are minimum and maximum size limitations with the insert designer but if you require something outside of those sizes just contact us and I'm sure we can find a solution. We can etch words or graphics on the bottom or sides of an insert. So if you want the truly customized end product just contact us with the details. We are currently working on features such as adding a knife block or spice rack which will be integrated into the designer with the next revision.
