About Varcroft & Bianco
Located outside Peterborough, Ontario, Varcroft & Bianco was founded on a simple philosophy: Building things we're proud of. For the past 25 years, we've designed, built, and installed high-end custom kitchens. We've now decided to direct that expertise toward helping cabinet makers and designers.
Especially for smaller shops, custom drawer inserts are a huge problem. They're typically tedious and expensive to manufacture. As a result, Designers who offer them as a value add often do so at a financial loss.
We created Drawer Insert Designer to change that.

Simplicity Meets Function and Form
Our experience building cabinets made us acutely aware of the problems with the traditional design, manufacturing, and ordering process for custom inserts. Leveraging our expertise, we developed Drawer Insert Designer and built out a new manufacturing process to support it.
A proprietary 3D design tool, Drawer Insert Designer makes it easy to both design and order custom wooden inserts for kitchens, bathrooms, and closets with precise dimensions and components. Milled from real wood via cutting lasers and CNC machines, our high-quality inserts are crafted to perfectly fit their intended space. Inserts can be branded with a cabinet maker's logo, and our design tool can be deployed as a white-label solution on a business's website.
We also offer custom pegboards and trays.

Quality Doors for Any Cabinet
Alongside Drawer Insert Designer, we also provide a line of custom-made one-piece cabinet doors. Available in a diverse range of styles, the doors are made from high-quality Plum Creek MDF, meticulously sanded and ready to finish. Customers also have the option to match existing doors.
Wood veneer is available in white oak, walnut, cherry, maple, pine, birch, and other species on request. Doors are ordered online via a simple process and are ready to ship in just two weeks.
