Drawer Insert Designer is intended to be completely intuitive, allowing you to create and customize a premium-quality insert with only a few clicks. You can see an in-depth walkthrough of what that involves here.

Templates are pre-made models that cover a variety of different use cases. They're intended to make the design process even simpler by giving you a starting point for your drawer inserts. Options include clothing drawers, fasteners, cutlery trays, and watch trays.

Measure from inside edge to inside edge at the back, middle, and front of the space. Use the smallest of the three measurements. 

Repeat this process for the inside edge of the front to the inside edge of the back. Measure on the left side, right side, and centre, then use the smallest measurement. Finally, measure the height of the space.

To ensure a smooth fit, subtract 3 mm (⅛'') from your width and depth and a minimum of 12 mm (1/2'') from the height of the insert.

Generally, no. The base of the drawer can usually act as the bottom, though inserts with a base will be slightly more rigid.

Just about anywhere! In addition to your kitchen, you can design inserts to help you organize tools, clothing, jewelry, arts and craft supplies, and even electronics. You can also use inserts for either commercial or residential applications.

The design and ordering process should take about fifteen minutes or so. From there, it'll take two weeks from the order date for us to ship the product out. Shipping usually takes one to five days in Canada and three to ten days in the United States.

International shipping takes two weeks, on average.

Our standard organizers have two coats of a water-based sprayed finish. There's also the option to add a clear finish for a bit of extra durability. .

The finish is water resistant. Please do not soak your drawer insert in water.

We stand by the products we make. If you receive an incorrect size, we’ll remake the insert for you. We also cover any defects in manufacturing, excluding normal wear and tear, for up to one year.

Our organizers ship with a seven-day warranty against manufacturer's defects, starting with the day they're received. When you open the package, double-check the measurements and make sure everything's the right size

We manufacture all inserts to the exact specifications entered in our design software. Make sure you take 3 mm (⅛'') from the insert's width and depth and 12 mm (1/2'') from the height.

Our design module can be customized with your business's modules and branding. We'll then help you integrate the software seamlessly into your website.

For inserts and tray dividers, we'll etch the logo on one of the inside walls. For pegboards and posts, we etch the logo onto the lower left-hand corner.

Yes we do. Everything is manufactured and finished in house with the exception of the maple and walnut posts for the pegboard organization system.

Our custom inserts are milled directly from solid wood using a combination of a laser cutter and CNC, then sprayed with a water-based low VOC finish.
